What does the w after an item number mean? 
The "w" denotes words accompanying the image on the front. Select from the pull-down menu to see it represented visually. 

When will my order ship? 
Orders ship Monday-Friday via USPS generally in 2-5 business days. For custom products and wholesale orders allow 5-10 business days. Keep in mind the holidays can slow down delivery. Please be patient; I promise it will be worth the wait.

Can I get tracking information?  
Yes, tracking information is often but not automatically sent out so please let me know if you would like tracking information. Use the note section when you place your online order or contact me.

Do you take returns?  
No returns. I will send you a free sample if you are buying wholesale and unsure about a product.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? 
Yes wholesale pricing is available to resellers. Are you a brick & mortar shop? Love to have you on board. You must be a registered user on our website to be able to login and receive wholesale pricing online. To register please click on “Create acccount” at the top right hand side of the bar on this page. Follow the prompts and submit your information. You will receive a confirmation that the account is active once your information is processed (this will normally be same day or next day via email). A wholesale discount code will be provided for you to use at checkout - it's that simple! If you get stuck or need more information contact me. Happy to help! Are you taking on illustration commissions?
Yes, I am taking any personal/private commissions at the moment. Time frame and turnaround depends on current workload. For more info  reach out.
