Questions answered

What size cards do you have? I have the "standard greeting card" size which is 5" x 7". The small notecard size  is 4.25" x 5.5". And gift enclosure cards - great gift toppers - size is  2.5" x 3.5".  (See above section for details)

What does the w after an item number mean?  The "w" denotes words accompanying the image on the front. Select from the pull-down menu to see it represented visually. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing ? Wholesale pricing is available to resellers. Please let me know and together we will set up an online wholesale account for you. For more information contact me.

Do you take returns? No returns. I will send you a free sample if you are buying wholesale and unsure about one of our products. Shop in person at my next event. Will you be in the area? I'd love for you to stop by one of the art and craft fairs I will be attending!

When will my order ship? I ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Orders generally ship out in 2-5 business days. For custom products and wholesale orders allow 5-10 business days. Keep in mind the holidays can slow down delivery. Please be patient; I promise it will be worth the wait!

Can I get tracking information? Yes, tracking information is often but not automatically sent out so please let me know if you would like tracking information. Use the note section when you place your online order or contact me.
