A: Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM EST.

Q: Can I get wholesale pricing shopping online?
A: Yes. We offer wholesale pricing to our resellers. If we have not already emailed you notification regarding your account with us, please let us know and we will set up an online wholesale account for you. For more information contact us.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Orders generally ship in 3-5 business days but please allow 10 business days for non-stock Items as indicated in product description.
Q: Will Non-Stock Items be back ordered?
A: No. We will ship your order all together which means that the order may take up to 10 business days to include the non-stock Items. Let us know if you want the order divided into stock and non-stock items but please note that there will be a shipping charge and separate invoice for each box you receive.
Q: Do you take returns?
A: No returns.
Q: Can I get tracking information?
A: Yes but that is not automated so please let us know if you would like tracking information. Contact us.
