Q: What hours are you open?

A: Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM EST.
    Closed for the following holidays:
      New Year's Day
      President's Day
      Good Friday
      Easter Monday
      Memorial Day
      July 4th
      Labor Day
      Thanksgiving Day
      Christmas Eve Day
      Christmas Day


Q: Can I get wholesale pricing shopping online?

A: Yes. We offer wholesale pricing to our resellers. If we have not already emailed you  notification regarding your account with us, please let us know and we will set up an account for you. For more information contact us.


Q: When will my order ship?

A: We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Orders generally ship in 2-5 business days but please allow 10 business days for non-stock Items as indicated in product description. We ship USPS Priority mail ; be sure and consider this when providing your shipping address.


Q: Will Non-Stock Items be back ordered?

A: No. We will ship your order all together which means that the order may take up to 10 business days to include the non-stock Items. Let us know if you want the order divided into stock and non-stock items but please note that there will be a shipping charge and separate invoice for each box you receive.


Q: What is the minimum order?

A: There is no minimum order at this time. Please keep in mind that we ship USPS Priority regardless of the quantity ordered.


Q: Can I get free shipping?

A: No free shipping.


Q: Do you take returns?

A: No returns.



Q: Why do item numbers sometimes seem out of order? Such as 103d-22 coming after 1036-26A (instead of 1046-10A, which doesn't appear until after all 103d-## images).

A: When sorting alphabetically, numbers are read left to right with letters preceding numbers. For example 12a, 127, 128, 129, 13a, 13b ... 130, 131, etc.


Q: Are the small photo notecards available in any image I want?

A: Yes. This will be a special order and may take 5-10 business days to ship. The cards must be ordered in even number quantities. For more information please contact us.


Q: Can I get a printed catalog?

A: We do not offer a printed catalog at this time. For more information please contact us.


Q: Can I get tracking information?

A: Yes but that is not automated so please let us know if you would like tracking information.  Contact us.
